@ediself he wont be laughing if you spank him..

  2. ediself says:

@sHaNeAlLeN91 do this and he will roll on the floor laughing until you lose your mind. better to keep your cool with those kids. thank you for the ignorant comment, at least you tried……

  3. ediself says:

you know what? that’s my problem with my kids. he has random bursts of acting this way, and people say he needs to be disciplined because he looks defiant. they don’t get that he’s not “acting retarded to piss me off”. i don’t even know how to explain it to people anymore.

Oh my! This is my son in a couple of years. We go through this stuff all the time. I have a 40 lb 7 year old Aspie and getting him to eat is a nightmare especially if other kids are around.

  5. yadimom2005 says:

I go through this almost everyday with my son. Everystep Everyday is a challenge. Patience is all we can be with these children. Some think I am ignoring his behavior, spoiling him, or letting him have his way, they don’t understand what we go through on a daily basis. Thank you for sharing your video.

Wow! I just found out my son is autistic, and I find this video very familiar, as this is how dinner with him is EVERYNIGHT! How do you deal with it? It gets very frustrating for me.

@rnbsteenstar I like all cheeses except swiss. Pasty cheese has to be my favorite.

  13. rnbsteenstar says:

@11pouncey11 I don’t care 4 cheez when it’s cold nor do I care for pasty cheez like creme cheez or ricotta.

  14. 11pouncey11 says:

this reminds me of my childhood.

  15. 11pouncey11 says:

I’m an adult autistic woman. I tend to be very claustrophobic about eating and cannot stand when someone insists I eat. I feel nauseated and quite panicked when pushed in to such a corner. On the other hand, I’m not going to starve myself to death and will eat what is around when I am ready. Why is it I see so many mealtime battles with autistic kids on youtube? Sorry to chose your video to ask this but it happens to be the last one I’m watching today (in my bored youtube wandering :P )

I look after a boy 3-4 days a week who I highly suspect is mildly to moderately autistic. The parents just think its bad behaviour and yell at him but I can relate to this video. Mealtimes can be SOO frustrating. Bless parents like you who deal with it 24-7, and remain so calm. Keep up the good work!

  19. yougotOWENd1 says:

you are very patient with this child, though a little too soft too.
i have PDD-NOS (that also contains symptons of autism) and see some things of me in him. but my mother always said it to me like 5 times that i am not supposed to do that, and it didnt took an hour to teach me how to eat. maybe thats whats missing here

  20. jolaberas says:

does he really have autism???? my son behaves exactly the same way, when he needs attention, and he never was diagnosed with autism! I recognize those sounds, the same movements… wow. are you sure???

  21. theartofbone says:

    *spaaank* from day 1

Looks like he was conditioned to this behavior all through out his life, and this is what he knows as normal.

  22. 44774477ric says:

Autism rose 200 % after childhood vaccine programs were mandated in the USA fact ! Autism in the USA is for the most part a childhood adverse reaction to Vaccines…Fact ! my child had a severe reaction to his MMR and has been autistic ever since….the Vaccine Manufactures know this and created these Vaccines as part of a attack on the people of the USA…we are being poisoned and our children weakened so as the elite emerge as the superior race ! FACT ! this is Genetics ! THE NWO ARE COWARDS !

  23. rnbsteenstar says:

He may not like the texture.

  24. nathapardo says:

  25. Lars1993 says:
