    Interesting video, and thanks for sharing. But, your voice is not really a monotone… there are definitely appropriate variations in volume and pitch in it, though perhaps they are more subtle than average. As for eye contact, you make an excellent point. Eye contact facilitates emotional connection, so if someone is giving off unpleasant emotions, it will of course be harder to maintain eye contact with that person.
