@caiwyn9 yes i know autism and i was bully in school so yes i also know what bulling looks like :( in what i hear for the moment he was being a bully sorry i”m not taking back what i said.

@MONIQUEIJ I can not explain to you how you JUST DON’T GET IT. I sooo empathize with this mom because I have an autistic son with the same obsession about rules (ie. “lines”) It is extremely difficult to explain ‘gray’ to him to him. Do NOT criticize until you have walked in our shoes. In fact you say you are “familiar with autism“. If you truly were, I believe that you would also be more empathetic. OR at least acknowledge that there are many manifestations and examples of autism.

@KeswickCamp08 it is because ever bad thing a person do is not because of their disability as this mother makes it seems. if this kid kill someone what she gone to say he has aspergers ( i’m very much familiar with autism)

  7. KeswickCamp08 says:

@MONIQUEIJ having a mental disability is NOT AN EXCUSE, its the reason this happened. btw, its EXCUSE not ACCUSE

  8. CheekyThrill says:

@AetherWisp I disagree. I personally know children with Asperger’s and have been told by their (well educated) parents and also have seen with my own eyes this type of behavior. They need order and rules and when others break the rules it bothers them so much that they feel the need to “fix” it quickly.

  9. tweezy99 says:

Wow, I wish my mother understood me like this…

  10. FireMinstrel says:

It’s not just aspies- it’s also the stoners, the “kids in black”, the nerds, and anyone on the bottom of the proverbial food chain. Anyone who defends themselves is at fault.

  11. MONIQUEIJ says:

stop making accuses for your son

  12. happylmc says:

Not saying that I think this myself, but the schools are just trying to integrate him with the other kids, and not single him out as diffrent. There is a belief in public schools that everyone should learn to live with other people. For some disabled kids, this is really hard. But as far as the school is concerned, your son is going to have to deal with people his whole life, the sooner he gets use to the way others behaive the better off he’ll be.

  13. PinkPunkyKat says:

I was abused in public school because of my AS. I was bullied constantly even by teachers and when I tried to defend myself, I was labled the bully. One teacher in pitculair seemed to revel in belitting me and encouraged the other children to bully me.

  14. superjailwardenlover says:

I know how the poor dude feels. I’ve got Asperger’s Syndrome, too. It used to be at a really high level, but, it’s at a low one, now…

  15. Zeta925 says:

Wow if he has a problem with kids jumping and cutting into lines, he is gonna have a hell of problem in middleschool, and a worse of a problem in high school.

  16. AetherWisp says:

At your child’s age a kid with asperger can typically tell you about the structure of world religions, know a second language just for fun and are researching world events.
On an Asperger scale pokeman is baby stuff at 4th grade. Again, this is a sad attack on Asperger children using a child with OCD to peddle it. If your child had asperger he’d be teaching you neurology and quantum physics at his age. This is sad and transparent.

  17. AetherWisp says:

Asperger kids are not usually violent. Is Bill Gates violent? Your child has OCD. This is an attack and is smart. That is NOT Asperger. Aspergers has a strong sense of social injustice and generally want to help the weak. Lady your kid is misdiagnosed.

  18. macetheacel says:

I have as and I was also looked at differently by the other kids.

  19. instagasm says:

my daughter has aspergers.she head butted another kid in school..she didnt mean to hurt them tho, she wanted to say “come play with me” but didnt know how….so that was her way of getting their attention.

  20. zadeh79 says:

Let me tell you something about Aspies that you might not know. Which is frightening in my mind. It is been shown that Aspies are developmentally accelerated, and many of the standardized tests used in public schools will not reveal this fact. Look up fluid intelligence and Aspergers.
